I do not get a crash if I "start" from a video (an AVI video). This means replacing step 2 above with: ----------------------- 2. Click at a VIDEO that is directly after an AVI video (the photo is displayed). ----------------------- Thus, the program only crashes when I go from a video (AVI) to a photo, by pressing SPACE. The crash above happens when not in full screen mode. When in full screen mode, I get a crash just by starting to watch the video: 1. Start gwenview. Go to a directory using history. 2. Click at a photo that is directly after an AVI video (the photo is displayed). 2.1 Start full screen mode (by clicking the icon) 3. Press BACKSPACE to view the video (the video starts) CRASH!! Those crashes were being tracked at bug 196512. So far, it should be fixed in KDE SC 4.4. (I have tried to reproduce it using the detailed steps you provided, but I couldn't make gwenview to crash (here using 4.4trunk)) Thanks for the detailed information. Please reopen if you can reproduce this crash with KDE SC 4.4.0 (or the betas) *** This bug has been marked as a duplicate of bug 196512 *** |
