Sorry :)
I'll push to ubuntu too.
Cheers
Thanks... Note : between 1.0.0-beta5 and 1.0.0-rc around 200 bugs have been fixed... So why ubuntu do not update package ??? Gilles Caulier Because Ubuntu is not a rolling release distro (that's what I hate about it). They don't update packages for the next 6 months, unless a VERY CRITICAL vulnerability bug has been fixed, and most of the time only this patch will be applied. Since we closed 200 bugs, it is like a new package release to Ubuntu, and they might not update this. I don't like such distros, but at least Ubuntu could have never added a digiKam beta for their stable release, that's what annoys me the most here, because now they don't seem to care about updating the package ;-( This bug is now the 8th most frequently reported bug : 83 duplicates: https://bugs.kde.org/duplicates.cgi and they are not updating although it was in a beta ! That is crazy, and it give a very bad opinion about DigiKam, which is not deserve. I think many more people do not create a bug report and are impacted. Julien Agree Julien. I will never use Ubuntu & co on my computers... It's a shame... Gilles Caulier *** Bug 219485 has been marked as a duplicate of this bug. *** |
