*** This bug has been marked as a duplicate of bug 204251 *** I think this bug IS NOT a duplicate of bug 204251. Bug 204251 talks about a crash when connecting or copying to MTP, which is not my case. I can copy songs to MTP Creative ZEN V Plus sucessfully, and I have never seen any crash at this point. My bug talks about transferring a local playlist (a saved playlist) to the MTP device, transferring with it all the songs in the playlist and the playlist as well. This can be done in Amarok 1.4, but I do not see this option since Amarok 2.X releases. This function is very very important for people who only works by playlists like me. *** Bug 220629 has been marked as a duplicate of this bug. *** *** Bug 237075 has been marked as a duplicate of this bug. *** My Current Amarok (2.3.1) can save playlists to my Sansa Clip device (so Amarok tells me), but the saved playlists don't actually show up on the device at all. Running Debian Sid, KDE 4.4.4. *** Bug 148886 has been marked as a duplicate of this bug. *** This is definitely a must-have feature. My android phone acts as a simple USB mass storage device and the media players all support m3u playlist files, which amarok aslo supports. It would be really nice if it could write these files to my device when it syncs my music. *** Bug 208339 has been marked as a duplicate of this bug. *** This is media device specific. I'm currently implementing this for iPod collections, USB Mass Storage collection is planned. Sadly, no-one seems to work on MTP collections so this won't be probably implemented soon for MTP devices. Implemented for iPods. If you want this for another devices, file a wish against specific collection. |
