This does not seem to me to be related to the tooltip crash because tooltips work fine for me. I opened Dolphin and clicked on a folder. Dolphin immediately crashed. I reopened Dolphin and everything was fine. I filed this because Drkonqi indicated the info might be useful.

- Have you tried to disable the tooltips to check if those random Dolphin crashes stopped (and the issue was indeed the same) ? Thanks

This has the first (and so far only) time I've had this problem. If it 
happens in the future, I'll try disabling tooltips.
