Sentry Crash Report:

Description Felix Möller 2009-12-19 12:24:37 UTC
Version: (using KDE 4.3.4)
Installed from: Fedora RPMs

I am using current kate on Fedora:
[fm@thinkpad src]$ rpm -qf `which kate`
kdesdk-4.3.4-1.fc12.i686

But there is one usability issue for me. After pressing the save button the save icon is still clickable. Nevertheless it seems like kate tracks the status of the file as it is indicated in the title bar whether the file has changed.

I'd really appreciate to immediately see if I have already saved the file.

This is by design, read the other bug reports for detail. This will not be changed.
