I'm using the network monitor widget. It shows good info most of the time, but sometimes it rescales the plot to like from -3.5 million KBps(lower bound) to 0 (higher bound) and doesn't change. 
It looks then, like the plot had always the maximum value. 

It's on my ethernet interface eth0.

Expected: It should have always 0 as a lower bound
