looks like a qt bug to me.. The backtrace looks like you were drag-and-dropping some element from/to the taskbar. - Do you remember some situation like that ? if you do, could you try to reproduce and check if Plasma crashes again ? Thanks Waiting for feedback. the problem occured in the following circumstance: - Full Backup of System with "backintime" (high I/O) - Screensaver active - Long time (over 1 hour) no activity by user I don't know why but the last weeks this error doesn't occured again. The only changes I made was to install updates of Kubuntu (a weekly process in my case).. So i think you can close this case. When it comes back I would reopen it again. Thanks for the help!
