I suppose this would not be easy to reproduce, but with provided link I can see this issue right now.

1. Goto page http://icculus.org/news/news.php?id=4576 with konqueror and click on the "the Linux installer" link (file about 200Mb) - the dowload would start ok
2. Remove the download after a while (probably did some other things like adding/removing other downloads)
3. Click on the link again - the dowload would be added, but will be set to status "stalled" and never starts (stop/start does not help)
4. Remove the stalled dowload
5. Right-click on the link and choose "save link as..." - in this case the dowload would start ok


Tried this several times - clicking always adds stalled download, right-click starts ok. Did not check with other files though.

This has to do that the multisegkio-plugin connects too often to that server. I'll try to come up with a sensible solution.
