Not a kchart bug. Moving to systemsettings. System Settings does not use a standard menu bar, primarily since it would be completely empty, and this a waste of vertical space. You can use Ctrl + F to bring focus to the Search Line Edit. I will add a tooltip for this in 4.5, since the string freeze is now in effect. I have added a shortcut to current trunk, Ctrl + M which will bring up the Configure dialog. For the classic view, this is due to it not supporting the disabled state.
