Middle click in forms doesn't paste anything, you need first to give form focus with left click...

Maybe due to this fix: https://bugs.kde.org/show_bug.cgi?id=212753

Not really. That is actually an upstream issue as the behavior is the same in 
arora as well. Neither a middle click nor right click set the focus on a form 
widget. Let see if this is fixed in QtWebkit 4.6. Otherwise, a ticket needs to 
be opened upstream...

Works for me with Qt 4.6.

I cannot reproduce this issue (anymore) with Qt 4.6.
