Description JR 2009-12-11 08:50:23 UTC
Version:            (using KDE 4.3.4)
OS:                Linux
Installed from:    Ubuntu Packages

In some other torrent managers, like uTorrent, there is an option to have individual incomplete files in a torrent download be appended with an extra extension; like ".!kt", or ".!incomplete", etc.

With this enabled, it is immediately obvious which files are done downloading when browsing to the location where the torrent is being downloaded to.

To illustrate;

Whether directories should be likewise renamed until they are complete could be discussed (design decision). It strikes me not being needed and causing extra woe if you're browsing a semi-complete directory and interacting with the completed files in there, and then suddenly the directory finishes, gets renamed, and the files are no longer where you are.
