kfile can't handle the symbol "

E.g try to save a screenshot in KSnapshot with the name
  My "screenshot".png
The file will be saved as 
  screenshot.png
png is the standard format of ksnapshot.

Now rename the file through dolphin to
  My "screenshot".png
It works, but if you try to open it with konqueror e.g. to upload it through a web form, konqueror will tell you in a dialog:
  The file file:///home/pascal/screenshot could not be found
