"Haven't tried" should be the default.

The "haven't tried" and "tried but couldn't reproduce it" should be rejected, as bug reports that haven't been tried to reproduced or can't even be reproduced by the reporter are going to be things that we most likely won't be able to fix.

The "Reproducibility" question is asked by drkonqi, maybe this bug should be reassigned to that product?

I doubt it; reproducibility is already a mandatory field there.
