Version:           2.2.1 (using 4.3.4 (KDE 4.3.4), Gentoo)
Compiler:          x86_64-pc-linux-gnu-gcc
OS:                Linux (x86_64) release 2.6.31-gentoo-r6

open stream http://shoutcast.byfly.by:88/myradio_streamrock.ogg in amarok
->amarok plays stream and shows emptry track title and author
expected behavior : amarok will show song name and author

This is not stream bug , because song details handled well in other player(qmmp)

Are you sure the stream URL is correct? I can't play it at all.

ok , it seems I gave an url to the my local  provider mirror.
here is original url http://music.myradio.com.ua:8000/main_stream_rock128.ogg
issue reproduced slightly different with it:  amarok is able to read first track details , but not updates them when next track starts to play. 
Amarok only makes update If I stop and start stream

This is a problem with the Phonon Xine-backend, a patch is proposed already.
