Version: 0.9.3 (using 4.3.3 (KDE 4.3.3) "release 3", KDE:43 / openSUSE_11.2)
Compiler: gcc
OS: Linux (x86_64) release 2.6.31.5-0.1-default

When opening a pdf, the table of contents bar is shown but not the navigation panel. To hide the able of contents, you have to turn the navigation panel on and then off. This appears to be a (minor) bug.

If the navigation panel is hidden, when opening certain PDFs, the TOC part of the navigation panel appears (but not the switcher). If "Show Navigation Panel is toggled on, the switcher appears, then when toggled off the switcher and the toc etc widget all disappears.

Test file that reproduces this: http://ktown.kde.org/~wstephenson/ifolder_readme_3.8.0.pdf

This should have been fixed with KDE 4.5.0 (as bug #243564), can you please check?
