Sentry Crash Report:

Description Martin Schwinzerl 2009-12-07 19:14:22 UTC
Application that crashed: plasma-desktop
Version of the application: 0.3
KDE Version: 4.3.4 (KDE 4.3.4)
Qt Version: 4.5.3
Operating System: Linux 2.6.32-ARCH i686

What I was doing when the application crashed:
What happened:

- Started amarok after upgrading to 2.2.1-2 / Arch Linux i686
- Tried starting a last.fm radio station
- Amarok was unable to play even a single track from this stream with the
effect of more or less skipping each song after less than a second
- The plasma add-ons from amaroks context panel (Current track, lyrics,
wikipedia and video) were updated partially, e.g. for some tracks the
lyrics were loaded, etc.
- Since Amarok did not stop this behaviour after stopping the playback
and clearing the playlist, I quit Amarok via the "quit" option in the context
menu of the systray icon

At this point, the crash happened.

I have no idea what caused the weird behaviour of amarok in the first place (being a reproducible behaviour, I will file a separate bug report against amarok regarding the problems with last.fm playback), but since the crash reporting assistant suggestst that the segfault originates from within plasma, I hope this backtrack is useful to you.

Thanks a lot in advance & best regards
Martin
