Why I can't go back and forward more than one step when I navigate with dolphin?
Like a Browser.

Do you mean that you would like an arrow next to the "Back" and "Forward" buttons in the toolbar (like in Konqueror) which can be used to open a menu containing all history entries? That would be bug 157819.
