Can you please check that the kleopatra self test shows no problems. This usually happens when gpg-agent is not running or GPG_AGENT_INFO is not properly set. But the self test dialog should report ist. Works for me with current Kleopatra (KDE 4.10.3 in Gpg4win). Please reopen if not fixed for you. |
