A good feature would be that when configuring a domain policy for javascript enabled/disabled this would include the policy for window.open() that now can only be configured globally. In this way if I disable windows opening by default I can still activate it for specific sites. 
A better feature would be allowing windows.open() when this is a result of a mouse click to a link to "javascript:windows.open()" or by using a check button in the bottom browser line or by a confirmation dialog or... :)))

"Smart" policy now exists.

Anyway, saving popup policy together with javascript overall policy by domain is really a good idea. I normally use ,,smart'' policy, but unfortunately it breaks my e-banking site. So I have to switch to ,,yes'' policy everytime I use my bank. I'd be better to have it remembered by domain.
