Installed from:    Fedora RPMs

Created a new directory in on my imap account from the filter configuration window. The new directory in not seen either in the foler tree in KMail or in the directory selection request in filter configuration when I try to select the destination folder for move in the filter.

Just tried to reproduce. I created a new filter in the filter configuration and chose the action "move to folder". I opened the directory-selection and created a new directory inside of my dIMAP-account inbox. It immediatly appeard in the normal kmail window. 

So I cannot reproduce your bug. Have I done something wrong?
