Version:           0.9.3 (using 4.3.3 (KDE 4.3.3), MS Visual Studio 2008 SP1)
Compiler:          cl.exe
OS:                Microsoft Windows (i686) release 6.1 ((null) Professional)

When trying to open any pdf-file I get a "Could not open file file:///D: ... .pdf"-error under Windows 7 Ultimate.

RProgrammer, yours is a distribution bug (so you should ask to the support of your distro), while this is a Windows-specific issue.

Installing KDE 4.3.4 with Okular 0.9.4 fixed it.
Now it works perfectly.
