Please add an option to open new Dolphin instances as new tabs in the existing open Dolphin window, if it exists. Thanks.

In the "file" menu and in the rightclick context menu is already possible.
What do you exactly mean?

I've read again the wish... maybe I've understood.

Do you mean that dolphin should have a setting "open new dolphin instances as new tab ..." and when the user starts dolphin, if a dolphin window is already available, it should be added a tab instead opened a new window?

Yes, Finex, that is what I meant and the original bug describe it perfectly. Sorry for the dupe.
