Desktop effect is working fine, "Logout" effect is enabled but when trying to logout, only the logout dialog with black background is displayed.

Expected: KWin was supposed to blur and desaturate the desktop background when he logout dialog is displayed. 

Reproduce: Use a laptop with Intel graphic, enable desktop effect and enable Logout effect. Open launcher -> logout (or shutdown, or restart). Pitch black background appears instead of a blurred and desaturated desktop.

This effect works on graphic card Nvidia 6100LE and 8500GT, does not work on Intel GMA950 (typical netbook), GMA965 (typical onboard Santa Rosa laptop), or x4500 (typical onboard Montevina laptops).
