Description Robert B Miller 2009-11-28 06:17:58 UTC
Version: (using KDE 4.3.3)
OS: Linux
Installed from: Fedora RPMs

Currently, when an e-mail requires encryption and an addressee does not have a certificate in Kleopatra's local storage, it is necessary to start Kleopatra, type in the e-mail address of an addressee, retrieve the certificate, re-read the keys and select the proper certificate. If an e-mail contains a large number of addressees, this process can consume much time.

Suggest that kmail/kleopatra automatically retrieve a certificate via the LDAP server(s) that have been specified in the kmail/kleopatra configuration when a local certificate is unavailable, or has expired.

Thank you for your feature request. Kmail1 is currently unmaintained so we are closing all wishes. Please feel free to reopen a feature request for Kmail2 if it has not already been implemented.
Thank you for your understanding.

Instead of creating a new feature request, please confirm here if the wishlist is still valid for kmail2.
