Version:           1.0 (using 4.3.1 (KDE 4.3.1), Gentoo)
Compiler:          i686-pc-linux-gnu-gcc
OS:                Linux (i686) release 2.6.30-gentoo-r6

1. Open KHotkeys settings in SystemSettings
2. Choose any disabled action
3. Set multiple key combination, like "Ctrl+Shift+K, 0"
4. Apply
5. Click on Enabled checkbox.

BUG: The combination is truncated to "Ctrl+Shift+K"

EXPECTED: Preserving multiple key combination.

SVN commit 1060089 by mjansen:

Do not allow entering multi key shortcuts.

The rest is bug https://bugs.kde.org/show_bug.cgi?id=161009 and as is like
to add a wontfix from my side.
