Description of problem: All submissions to audioscrobbler via the lastfm plugin are skipping the submission stage. The now playing stage is working i.e.

However there is no submission stage during the playing of the track. The submission URL is provided by the handshake, i.e.

How reproducible: Play any track in the playlist from CD.


Steps to Reproduce:
1. Start Amarok with CD
2. Play any track in playlist
3. Wait

Actual results: Last.fm reports now playing but no submission.

Expected results: Last.fm should report now playing then submission.

Additional info: This process works for local files. The track is submitted at the end of the track. Perhaps the behaviour below is affecting this.

In addition, Amarok is also unable to play one track from a CD. If a single track is moved to the playlist, it will finish the track and then start playing the next. I will submit another and link here.
