When one uses the "copy to collection" job a progress bar gets shown that updates per file. Since most of the time copying of normal-sized music files is quite fast, the progress bar just looks like flickering. I'd prefer the progress bar to show the overall progress of the copy job, i.e. copied X of N files. This would also allow an estimation of how long the job might take.
