Description arne anka 2009-11-20 12:19:27 UTC
Version: 1.2.1 (using 4.3.2 (KDE 4.3.2), Debian packages)
Compiler: cc
OS: Linux (i686) release 2.6.31-1-686

i expect konversation to do an autoconnect upon startup, even more when the server list offers a checkbox "[ ] show at application startup" -- at least when in systray mode.

i unchecked that checkbox and was left with a non-functioning app, it took some time to figure out what i am supposed to do.

The "Show at application startup" checkbox controls whether the Server List dialog is shown at application startup or not, it has nothinh to do with auto-connect.

To auto-connect, select one of your configured networks in the Server List dialog, then press the Edit button, and check "Connect on application startup".
