I have a small panel at the top centre of the screen that was the applications I use regularly.  plasma decides it likes rearranging the icons every time it starts.  I can move the icons back into place but on next boot they are rearranged.  

I've saved a plasma-desktop-appletsrc (that had the proper ordering) and restored it before KDE started but plasma still rearranges it.
