Description Oliver Redner 2009-11-18 16:06:16 UTC
Version: 1.3 (using KDE 4.3.1)
OS: Linux
Installed from: openSUSE RPMs

I miss a feature that was present in good old konqueror of KDE3 (e.g. 3.5.10):

(de)selection of files by wildcards using Ctrl-Plus and Ctrl-Minus.

I know that there is the filter function and I suppose it's - in principle - capable of doing everything that the (de)selection function was, but I find wildcards more intuitive to use than regexps.

It seems like an easy thing to implement - so why not do it?

Well, I'm now living 11 years without this feature, so it's not that important.

However, I still think it would be worth implementing. So keep it on the wishlist, please.
