Version:            (using KDE 4.3.3)
Installed from:    SuSE RPMs

Steps:
1. create file
"test".txt
2. run kmail
3. create new message
4. add attachment
5. select created file, accept
6. --> bug, file does not exist

It's a kdelibs pb
kfiledialog and other doesn't support "foo".txt
