When a filter copies a message to a folder, I'd like to be able to "mark as" the copied message while not marking the original message (specifically I'd like to mark the copy as old and read).  I tried making the sequence of actions for the filter "mark as old; mark as read; copy; mark as new; mark as unread", but that didn't work.

For my specific case, there could be a "copy and and mark copy as old/read" filter action.

Thank you for your feature request. Kmail1 is currently unmaintained so we are closing all wishes. Please feel free to reopen a feature request for Kmail2 if it has not already been implemented.
