There is currently no option to not receive mail when dupes are filed to bugs that one is subscribed to. Please add such an option. Thanks.

I don't think this belongs to the websites, but would be a bugzilla feature...

Imo this bug belongs to the upstream bugzilla instead of BKO. Took a quick look at this and the e-mail preferences aren't easily changeable by admins (without modifying Bugzilla/Constants.pm, and diverging from the upstream..).
