Version: 4.3.2 (using KDE 4.3.2)
OS: Linux
Installed from: Ubuntu Packages

Hi,

I use KRDC in my system and I think the default behavior to choice the last resolution settings great. But, when I set it to "Current Screen Resolution", it change the default setting to a custom one with resolution of the last session. It can fit to a lot of people, but when you change your resolution or screen in a multi-head setup, it doesn't work.

If KRDC could, instead, probe the current resolution in every session, setting "Current Screen Resolution" as a valid default (because I choose it), it would be great.

Thanks for the work, I really appreciate it.

Best regards,
Alexandre

Actually it is a bug, not a feature. When users selects "item A", program should not be oversmart and pick another item B.

Current screen resolution is a dynamic valued item, and user selects it for its behaviour -- being dynamic. Krdc changing it into static value kills the sense of it, i.e. dynamic nature.

This is still the case with KRDC 4.10.0. It should be fixed.
