The page from http://xmpp.org/extensions/xep-0077.html will bring the browser into an infinite loop. This happens when browsing that page offline (downloaded) too.

This can be confirmed only with KHTML engine.
If open http://xmpp.org/extensions/ and then change view mode to WebKit and then open XEP-0077 link then this site opens fine.
