On a multiple monitor setup (2 or 3), when X11 starts, the wallpaper doesn't show up on two of the monitors--but the wallpaper only shows up on one of the three monitors.

I have to manually set the wallpaper on two of the desktops each time I restart X.  Also, the panels are all moved to the left of each monitor each time X11 is restarted.
