Sorry but this is a conscious decision. While some people run KDE 4 on very low end hardware and are perfectly happy with it (like me) others are not with the same hardware. We'd rather not give minimum requirements because of this. You can tweak KDE a lot to make it work on very low-end hardware as well as tweak it for maximum power. |
