What I was doing when the application crashed:
Just going thru system settings on fresh upgrade from Hardy. User Manager crashed while loading.

- Does opening the same module again works properly? This is probably related to an installation issue.

 I hadn't even tried it again... :P  It works now! I just figured y'all could use the crash report. I'll be more thorough in the future. Much thanks for the reply!
