When I change the tab in konqueror toolbar, addressbar and searchbar dissapear and appear again for a moment.

The problem appears if you after launching konqueror load a "rich" webpage with many pictures and flash animations for example www.wp.pl. After that you can observe toolbar blinking when changing tab. The situations becomes normal when you close konqueror and open it again.

Webpages with Flash make Qt convert most of the window into native widgets (even though flags are said that ask it not to), which makes it all flickery.
