Version:           1.3.80 (using 4.3.73 (KDE 4.3.73 (KDE 4.4 >= 20091026)), Gentoo)

1. Say, I have 2 dolphin windows opened.
2. click File->Create->Folder (it opens a dialog)
3. now I can work with _none_ of dolphin windows.

Yes, i have same wish, this could be the great usability improvement.

This will be fixed in KDE 4.7.0 (every Dolphin window will run in its own process then).
