Version:           0.8 (using 4.3.3 (KDE 4.3.3), Chakra KDE)
Compiler:          gcc
OS:                Linux (i686) release 2.6.31-ARCH

I put mouse on the "Console" menu, and click, the menu does not appear. Other menus works very well.
The only way to pop up "console" menu, is to open another menu first, e.g. "help", and move the mouse to the left side.
