It looks related to PackageKit, so you might check if you have some automatic update notification system enabled.

Additionally, the report is from KDE 4.2.4. You might try the update to KDE 4.3.2 (or wait the few days for KDE 4.3.3), I am sure the updated KDE versions from your repository come with updated PackageKit addons, too.
