I don't like the blue shadow of the active window. So I tired to deaktivate them using the Systemsettings (Kubuntu 9.10) - same like I did in the previous versions of Kubuntu. I deaktivated the checkbox "Schatten" (shadows?) in the tab "Allgemein" (general?) o the side "Arbeitsflächen-Effekte"(desktop-eefects?) (sorry about the german names, but I don't know the exact names of the english version) and applied. But nothing happens. The shadows are still there and the checkbox ist still deaktivated.

Bulk change: move all KWin kcm bugs to product kwin
