I have two monitors (powered by an NVIDIA Quadro NVS 285 video card).  I am using TwinView.  The monitors are identical.  I've set both desktops to use the Weather plugin.  On reboot, one of the monitors doesn't display a weather wallpaper, just a solid colour.  If I right-click on that desktop, switch to a different plugin, and then switch back to the weather plugin, the expected wallpaper is applied, identical to the other monitor/desktop.
