Sometimes a single Window shows up twice in the taskbar, as if it were two separate application windows. Right now this is happening with Firefox-3.6, but I've also seen it with emacs and Freeciv.

If you close the real window, does one of this taskbar entries dissapear (as expected), but the other one is still in the taskbar, and clicking on it will not do anything ? If that is your case then this is bug 202199.
