Description KDE Brainstorm Submissions 2009-10-27 17:26:49 UTC
Version: (using KDE 4.3.2)
Installed from: I Don't Know

Ok, i found this idea on the ubuntu brainstorm, and i think it should be implemented on kde to!
Here it is

File operation should continue copying while waiting for user feedback

When copying several files, the file operations dialog sometimes asks whether or not to skip, overwrite etc. on duplicate files. This causes the entire copying to halt while waiting for user feedback.

i believe that the best solution is:

Continue copying the files that doesn't need confirmation

This feature request was originally submitted through KDE Brainstorm, and has been submitted to Bugzilla due to popular demand. Original idea: http://forum.kde.org/brainstorm.php?mode=idea&i=77776
