What were you doing when the crash happened? I had several applications running:
- Okular
- Firefox
- Dolphin
- Kontact
- Pidgin
- Sonata
- VirtualBox
- ArgoUML
- Eclispe EE
- Wicd
- QStarDict
I closed Ark by the close button of the window and switched to Dolphin as the
crash occurred.
I hope this information will help a bit

Were you previewing something, or loading a preview when you closed Ark? I'm sorry but I don't know it anymore.
