In the Cover Manager, I click the "Fetch Missing Covers" button. It will fetch a few covers, but then it encounters an album for which it cannot find a cover. At that point, cover fetching is stopped.

I would expect Amarok to skip that album and continue fetching covers until it has tried to find a cover for every album that has no cover set yet.
