Version:           0.11.1b (using 4.3.1 (KDE 4.3.1) "release 178", KDE:KDE4:Factory:Desktop / openSUSE_11.1)
Compiler:          gcc
OS:                Linux (i686) release 2.6.27.29-0.1-default

When I opened Kmplayer,I thought it could not play any CDs.Then I digged deeper,not believing mplayer front-end cannot do this.It is available in 'playlist' sidebar,but that is not ON by default.

Actually I do not see why selecting media cannot be part of 'File' Menu,why simply pressing 'play' cannot prompt to select all types of media(like vlc),Why you cannot replace File meny with a Play menu and keep choices of Media there.

Choosing the best of kaffeine,Amarok and VLC in interface can make Kmplayer a world beater.It is so much more capable of than Windows Media Player.

Sorry, I did not follow up on this bug. 

Also, kmplayer does not seem to be part of the Main KDE now a days. In Manjaro, it is only available in AUR, and not building. I cannot test.

If it's working for you, it will work for me too. Thank you.
