How to reproduce:

- install german localization
- change to german localization as first language in systemsettings
- logout and login
- add systemmonitor - hard disk plasmoid

The plasmoid is completely empty, no partitions appear in the settings window

Expected behaviour: List of partitions available. This works with language settings en-US.
